Long waiting for Reception
When we hoped check-in and check-out, Reception always is overflow by waiting guests. Moreover nobody came to my car, when we had arrived in front of hotel. It seems the Receptionists are not enough. The room was very clean and good designed.

My Comment About This Hotel
This Hotel is within the center and within walking area to Charls bridge. It’s very quite hotel. Friendly help desk. Free High access internet. There is a casino just close to the hotel some time you might hear noise. The worst thing that we didn’t like at all is the breakfast. We stayed 10 nights and the menu is the same every day and it’s very simple and once some food finish within the breakfast time the only way to come early next day.

Nice hotel, convenient location.
Convenient location. Room was comfortable but A/C did not work well. Good breakfast. Toiletries were insufficient, or not available. Do not ask reception to get a taxi, better to hail the yellow AAA taxis on the street. We got one called by reception and it turned out to be an unmarked car with no meter(rate was dubious).
Traveler's tip on dining
Dining next to the Charles Bridge, looking across the river to the castle is a nice treat at night.
