Off the tourist beat
Hard to find--but nice when you do. Lobby is dark and through a closed door. Hotel itself is modern, clean. Excellent breakfast. Building seemed rather empty though.

Would love to return!
The hotel is located one block from the Vlatva River, within an easy walking distance from the bridges and the castle. We walked everywhere while there and were pleased to return to our quiet neighborhood at night. The Dancing building is around the corner (we had a view from our window), theres a small grocery right across the street, and great restaurants within a block or so (check out the Lemon Leaf -- wonderful!)
Traveler's tip on dining
The restaurant atop the Dancing building has great views, but its really pricey. Try Botel Mathylde, a boat restaurant with neat ambience and good food. Walk down the stairs to the river and itll be the first wood boat you see. The Lemon Leaf restaurant, which is around the corner and up a block from the hotel, has some incredible dishes. We were never disappointed with food in Prague, and were vegetarians!

Very good hotel
Modern clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good location. No parking, so the option was to pay extra 20eur/night in hotel nearby.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Good location, impossible to park the car
