Never will return

Bad service, hole in bathroom door, housekeeping only made up one bed, toilet was clogged and they would not let us speak with manager!

This property is older, but that’s okay. They are making an effort to update the property (new matresses and some of the bedding was upgraded while we were there.) The rooms are dark and the cleanliness was sub-par. I had to ask the Room Attendant to come back and fix a few things. The blankets appear to be 20+ years old and we were asked to return extra towels to the Front Desk in the evening so they could be washed for the next day. Next step after new mattresses...upgrade and expand the par levels on linens and terry. Staff was okay...not going out of their way, but not unfriendly either.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

You can get into Schlitterbauhn before the official opening time. Arrive 30-45 minutes early to select a "base camp" for the day and be the first to take in some of the bigger rides. Otherwise the lines get very long later in the morning.
