Market Street Inn is located one block from the Atlantic Ocean. Brown Square, Plum Island, and Merrimack River are less than one mile from the inn. Each of Market Street Inn's apartments and condos are located in one of six historic, Colonial-period homes.

This inn is divided into 23 apartments and condos. All apartments feature private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, and one or two bedrooms. Apartments include cable TV, VCRs, and complimentary high-speed Internet access.
