Hospitality at its finest
Miners Pick B&B was the perfect little getaway for me. It’s about 30 minutes from Denver and felt much further away by the time my rest & relaxation was done. Vicki was such a sweet innkeeper. I will definitely come back! I loved my room with the clawfoot tub and the furnishings. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The breakfasts were just the right amount of food and so delicious! Vicki clearly loves what she does and she loves the area of Idaho Springs. She is a wealth of information! I am telling all my friends, family, and co-workers to check Miners Pick B&B out!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you are coming from the Denver area, skip the I-70 traffic and take US-6 along Clear Creek. You will love the scenic route and it doesn’t extend the trip out by too much. Also, make sure to check out Mt. Evans, Echo Lake, and Summit Lake if the season is right. They are all within 30 minutes of downtown Idaoho Springs. Tommyknockers has great pub food and they brew their own beer - Rye Porter was excellent!

personable hostess, quality food,
Our charming innkeeper was very acommodating. Breakfast when we wanted, finding us directions, having everything a good hotel would have,and more. The victorien house was brought up to today’s standards and very comfortable. And she was a great cook, serving a breakfast plate that was like a painting and "health minded".
