nice hotel for family
This is a nice hotel for families - kids activites and kids area were entertaining for my 7 year old son. Pools are terrific, too. - the water slide is a bit small and the hours of the slide are a bit too short, but he enjoyed it anyway. However, this is a very busy, crowded hotel - the lobby in the mid-day was a zoo! Dinner also was very crowded - if you don’t have kids you might find this hotel too chaotic. Breakfast in the VIP dining area (an upgrade) was very nice - there is a buffet but the eggs and coffee and drinks are waiter service.

Very Dissatisfied
The hotel is a family hotel with many children running throughout. The staff at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful. At the time of stay there was no parking at the hotel and we were forced to park several blocks away. The hotel does not cater to standard western expectations of service nor quality - especially for seasoned international travelers. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning is linked to a motion detector in the room which shuts off at night when sleeping. This is not a hotel for seasoned travelers without children.

great family vacation
The hotel staff was extreemly helpful. Breakfast and dinner included in price and the buffets were delicious and changed daily.
