Don’t know what they’re doing
Claim to be a luxury hotel and the building is very nice by Israeli standards but the staff have a long way to go before calling themselves "good service"...many had no idea what they are doing, others were simply rude and most "services" except breakfast were very disorganized like checking in and checking out. And the pools were too filled with obnoxious people!
