"Home away from home"
This hotel started to impress me from the moment I encountered them; the airport shuttler service driver was so courteous and accomodating. The guest services staff, room service... they went above and beyond to accomodate me. The hotel is VERY MODERN and I liked the fact that the ambiance in the lobby was conducive to a relaxed get-away. I had to wait for a few moments to check out but didn’t mind at all because of the atmosphere. Then the view from the room is breath-taking, both nights and days... I just turned off all the lights and opened the blinds at night... mmmm relaxing and beautiful (water, the bay, the lights, etc.). This hotel set the bar high and now I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I go to Tampa.
If you can tear yourself away from the room it’s nice to go to the restaurants on the bay; Bahama Breeze, was my favorite. You have a plethora of nearby dining opportunities.
