Beautiful Hotel, Poor Service
This is a beautiful hotel, but over a 3 day stay, I requested service on the A/C in the room three times. There was never follow up. In fact, after my first request, we returned from sightseeing and the front desk had checked us out!

Great location
Very nice room, right in front of the "Dom", overlooking the Spree. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Lobby is quite impressive with the massive aquarium (part of a commercial museum, no compliementary access to guests), but too loud (especially the chimes from the elevators) Nice pool and spa
