Short night, but well done
I got in very late for a one night stay and barely had an opportunity to enjoy all of the offerings, but I still managed to have a very positive experience. I don’t typically stay in "local" hotels when traveling for business, but they had all the amenities I needed (including wireless for my laptop) with a nice little breakfas. Most importantly, when I met the owner in the morning, I could tell how much they cared about their customers’ happiness as she was concerned she couldn’t do more for my stay since it was so short. I don’t get that much! Thanks!

Great Stay for Cooperstown
Lovely bed and breakfast outside of Cooperstown. The grounds were extensive and beautiful although because of rain we were unable to actively enjoy them. The room was ready even though we arrived prior to the official check-in time. The owners were solicitous and concerned for our comfort. Rooms have DVD players and a nice selection of DVDs to choose from. The continental breakfast is much more than a few pastries, including a variety of cereals, beverages, breakfast breads and belgium waffles.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. The drive into Cooperstown is lovely and takes about 1/2 hour. Be sure to ask at the front desk for the easiest parking locations in Cooperstown and the best places to eat. The owners helped to make this a great trip.

Meadowlark Inn
A great placeto stay within close range of some really interesting stops: Cooperstown, Glimmerglss, Ommegang Brewery to name a few. Rooms were well-kept, bathrooms, clean and cavernous, and the grounds were also extremely appealing. Lobby was tastefully decorated with great baseballl pics from way back, great assortment of DVDs, and even a poison dart frog. Would and will stay there again for my next trip there. Tina, the proprietor, was gracious and prepared a mean waffle for breakfast. She also helped me connect to the wireless router.
