Great Hotel, BAD parking situation
Everything about this hotel was wonderful except the parking situation. You must use their valet service for a daily fee. The parking is so far from the hotel that it takes a long time to get your car when you call for it. On one occasion, we waited an hour!

No coffee pot in room and very loud
This hotel is in a great location in downtown Little Rock. There are 2 things I did not like: No coffee pot in the room. I love coffee first thing in the morning and do not like to have to call room service to get it. It is relatively noisey. The elevator is in the center of the rooms and the rooms are open to the lobby. There was an event going on at the hotel and it was very loud until late at night.

Loved this hotel!!!
Peabody was so elegant! And the head valet in a top hat was so fun! My family loved the ducks so much, and the rooms were great. The provided robes were very comfy too. Definitely a 4 star hotel, so glad we went in the off-season so we could afford it! Though the 20$ mandatory valet parking was a bit of a suprise, and the hotel and bar inside were definitely high dollar. But it was literately walking distance (about 2 blocks) from the downtown river-market! We were able to walk to some very cute shops, a great chocolate store, two piano bars, and lots of amazing local resturants. I loved it!
