Rest and good food at a spot on the map
The hotel is on HWY 5 , a resting area between LA and Redding or SF. The area is basically a Tourist-Trucker rest -refuel stop. all said, the hotel is the best game in town, even though "Andersons " is there to compete. Great service, more than acceptable breakfast choices. The pool was warm, the hot pool was warm, and the room was clean. The staff, at our request , sent us to a Baske resturant , straight out of the roaring 20’s, called the Sheep Growers. a drive of 10 miles . Family style, Cash only. The Holiday Inn Express and the Sheep Growers will be on my list from now on when I travel to the far north of Calif.

Clean and comfortable
I have stayed at this hotel several times now and have always found it to be clean and comfortable. The location is also very good. I’ll stay here again.

Very comfortable
My daughter, her baby and I enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel, and I have already made reservations for another stay here for my husband and I next month.
