Nice Hotel, Quiet Location, 5 minute walk to downtown
My husband and I recently stayed at two hotels in Port Vila. This was definitely the nicer one. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable. They have a beautiful pool and an incredible view from the pool and surroundings. Plus, it was only a short walk to downtown. (Note that downtown can be noisy with all of the traffice so it’s much nicer to stay within a few minutes away from it. ) The hotel is directly on the waterfront and a least a little bit away from the street, so you can avoid some of the traffic noise. The other hotel we stayed at was only 5 minutes away, on the same road, but the traffic noise was so loud I had a hard time sleeping. This hotel was much nicer. Wish we could have stayed here the whole time.

Not the place for service
The room lacked basic features such as a telephone, alarm clock or even a closet to hang your clothes. Repeated requests for a wakeup call went unfulfilled as did a request for a taxi to the airport for an early flight and since the office was not even staffed at that hour, I was lucky to be able to find a taxi. Hotel had a nice restaurant, but also had a nightclub, which made sleep impossible until it closed around three in the morning! My advice, don’t stay here.
