Not impressed at all
The room and the view were amazing the grounds were clean other than the fact if you stay in a studio there was no office to check into and if you want clean towels it’s not gonna happen my girlfriend and i had 4 towels for six days and they told me if i wanted clean towels to wash my own who washes their own towels on vacation i could have stayed at a much cheaper hotel and had all the towels i wanted also we had more water pressure out of the sink than the shower that about sums it up.

Will go back
We loved the place and will return! Very nice atmostphere, room was clean and the view good. The only problem we noticed is the garbage was overflowing in the receptical area and the gentleman at the desk could be a bit more warm and friendly and less condescending. Otherwise they leave you alone and you get to enjoy a nice property close to St. Pete beach and a short trip to busch gardens. Also the Green Iguana next door serves pretty good food next door and they are open late.
Traveler's tip on dining
There were not alot of places open late serving after 10pm. Ironically being a conch from key west I found the The conch cafe (st pete beach)not accomodating. They would not serve us (it was 10:02pm-they stop serving at 10pm.

Not impressed
It is not a marina as the name might suggest... It just has a fishing dock so it’s not a great set up if you want to bring your boat with you. The one bedroom unit was very small. The unit we stayed in was in dire need of maintenance. The unit’s cleanliness was also lacking. The bed linens had hair stuck on them. The towels should have been tossed out long ago. The cabinets that held the dishes were not clean. There were no blankets and 2 pillows for a king bed and sofa bed. There is no maid service so we were stuck with what we were given. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer so we could at least rewash things. As for the grounds they were nice and well kept. Nice pool/spa with a pretty view.
