Poor Customer Service
A lot of the hotel shortcomings are forgivable, but its lack of customer service is not. The manager acts like guests bother him. He doesnt know the meaning of hospitality. He even gave us a hard time for asking to borrow a pen. He wanted us to use it in front of him so he could be sure it was returned. It seemed unreal to plead for the manager to let us take the pen to our room and have to cross our hearts that wed return to him. We did return the pen 20min. later. He said we took too long.... It is solely because of the manager that I would never stay there again.

Not that great
Knights Inn is in need of being fixed up and maybe some security measures taken. While there someone was robbed and not much was done at the time. The rooms need clocks, better shower heads, TV remotes that work everything on the TV, new TVs, and etc. Also, when I got there they had where I had paid for a room, but did not have a room reserved for me. Overall, I am glad it was just me and not my family because I would have gone else where and spent even more money for another room.

Very dirty hotel
This hotel was not up to Expedis standards. there was mold all through the shower. and the AC filter was filthy. the TV didnt work most of the time you had to wiggle the cords around to get it to come in. Please dont recommend this place to anyone else.
