Convenient for airport

This was the last stop on our US holiday before returning to the UK from Orlando Intl Apt. It was very close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes despite being so close. I wanted a separate bedroom so the kids could sleep while we sorted out the cases after a long drive from Georgia so this fitted the bill nicely. Breakfast was fine, but missed the free managers reception as we arrived late at night. The local attractions are only a short drive away too.

I stayed here in February 09. REturned again in May and brought family with me. They also loved it. Buffet breakfast was great, as well as managers cocktail hours each evening. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly.

Loved staying near the airport. The hotel was not as crowded as the other hotels closed to Disney and Seaworld. Just a short drive to attractions without the crowds in the hotel. Great pool for the kids

Great, convenient place to stay

We have stayed here two years in a row. We visit Orlando for 1-2 days, then fly home; this hotel offers comfort and convenience. The happy hour and breakfast enhance the comfort.

Embassy Suites

We were very impressed with this hotel. You can not beat the quality for the price. We loved the room, flat screen TV’s and comfort of the pillow top mattress. We enjoyed going to the free coctails at the gathering area each evening. The hotel felt safe with the entrance to rooms overlooking the lunia. The breakfast was fabulous! I expected the normal free breakfast with only quick choices. But this was very nice and had several items to choose from. Everyone was friendly. I would choose to stay there again when in the area. Thanks!

Hotel is located just outside of Orlando airport, convenient to everything. Florida mall is only a few miles away. Restaurants and attractions close by.

Super Stay!

I stayed here the night of the Super Bowl, and had a great time in the lobby lounge watching a super football game accompanied by some great food!

my wife and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. it was clean and very comfortable. the food was real good except we wish they didn’t try to serve so fancy meals instead need to serve just plain meals instead of gourmet type and room service was way to expensive. we paid $40.00 for two hamburgers. a littlle over the edge.other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Housekeeping did not clean my room

I booked this hotel for three nights after reading good reviews on Expedia. The hotel and my room was clean. But the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Next day when I returned to my room along with my guest, I found that housekeeping did not clean my room. I called front desk multiple times to find out why but they did not even picked up the phone. Next morning I went to front desk and asked them and they said they will find it out and get back to me but even till today I have not got any response from them. There are several good hotel in surrounding area try those.

Kittyhawk restaurant inside the hotel has reasonable price and they make good food. They are open untill 11:00 pm. There are several other places to eat. Just drive 3-4 blocks on Simoran Blvd.

The breakfast buffet was terrible! Food was on short supply, no plates or utensils were available, utensils were on the floor and I almost tripped on a fork. The elevator broke and I was continuously waiting.

This was the hotel for us.

This is the second time (within the last 11 years) that we have stayed at an Embassy Suite hotel. I don’t know why we waited so long! After years of staying in motels and other hotels we will definately be seeking out Embassy Suite Hotels where ever we travel. They are clean, roomy, the staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the Manager’s Reception and Full Breakfast that is included in your stay.

Great STAY during the weekend of March 7!!

I can only say great things about this hotel!! It took me forever to book one, so I decided to give this one a try ... Very close to the airport and several restaurants and rental car companies!! VERY easy to find, and I must say I was very impressed with my room. The bed was wonderful for a hotel, and having two tv’s and three sinks, plus a microwave and fridge made my day!! The front desk was extremely helpful and even offered directions ... and the breakfast was above average for a hotel!! I was very please and will be back to stay there!!!

The florida Mall is less than 10 mins away and so are their great outlets!! Disney and other area attractions are two exits or so from that ... maybe a few more but not a long drive at all!!!

Smaller sized, clean hotel for the money

We found the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport to be one of the smaller of them chain. However, it offered the same amenities as the larger Embassy Suites we have stayed in elsewhere. It was clean, and the people were friendly. The only disappointment was that there was no indoor swimming pool as found in most other Embassy Suites. The pool was outside and it was too chilly to swim in, even though it was heated. The kids were a bit upset, but other than that, our stay was fine. Room service food was good!

Wonderful, clean hotel with great amenities

Great place as Embassy Suites always are. We especially like the free full, I repeat, full breakfast provided with the room.

Excellent Value

Embassy Suites Hotels are always well maintained,staffed by courteous and knowledgeable personnel,the suites are clean and well furnished, and the one in Orlando is no different. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the manager’s afternoon reception nicely done. The restaurant chef is excellent and the food beautifully cooked and presented. The only complaint I had was the noise from the shower in the suite next to mine. No other noises were evident or disturbing. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

This hotel is extremely well located with only short distances to the many attractions in Orlando. Close to the airport and rental car agencies and a very short ride to Disney and Sea World.

Very Impressed

The room and stay were exceptional. The room had a musky odor when we first got in but we turned on the A/C and it went away. This is typical for Florida as a hole. The only misunderstanding was that it was advertised having 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. They only had shuttle service between 5am and 10pm. We needed it at 4am. The hotel called a taxi for us and paid for it also. When we expected a beat up taxi cab to show up, a Ford Excursion came up instead. Talk about class. We would use this hotel again.

Great service

We often stay at suite hotels because they give us room for our two teens, two preteens and of course the adults. The Embassy Suites has a free full breakfast, which is a great value for our family. Our first room assignment smelled a little smoky (it was a non-smoking, but a handicap accessible room) so we were quickly moved. Their service was friendly and prompt. We were very happy.

Close to the Airport

We wanted a place close to the airport after our cruise. This is an older hotel, but has been maintained nicely. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in when we arrived and gave us printed directions to local shopping areas.

Very nice hotel

Everything was great. The airport service was fast and easy. The rooms were extremely clean and nice and the food was excellent. No need to go anywhere to eat dinner. Will use again

The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was prompt and comfortable. We especially liked the complimentary breakfast. There were nice choices and it was delicious.

Food service needs work

Check-in was well handled and our room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient and pleasant. Our problem was the restaurant area. The free beakfast was very good. However, every table was dirty and we had to bus our own, eating at a dirty table. Next to us was a bus cart overflowing with dirty dishes and flatware. One ’chef’ in particular should not be in a position where he works directly with the customers; he was quite rude and unfriendly. When these issues are dealt with it will be a very enjoyable, complete stay.
