Beautiful spot in Dayton
With views across the Great Miami River to Carillon Park, beautiful indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a pool, hot tub, and workout facilities, 24-hour complimentary coffee service, and great dining options, including a decent breakfast buffet,there isn’t much more you can say about it except that the bedrooms are comfortable, clean, modern and include a small refrigerator and a great flat-screen. The only negatives...during our stay the Stewart Street bridge was under construction, making it difficult to get across the river to the University’s campus. So should you need to cross the river, there is a rather long detour through downtown Dayton. One other area for improvement for the hotel might be the consideration of a shuttle service- to and from the airport and around the Dayton area. I would certainly stay here again.

The best stress reliever
Myself two daughters and my husband were in dayton for my sons wedding in Xenia. My two daughters were brides maids in the wedding. Courtyard was awsome the best stress reliever ever. The staff was awsome and the hot tub WOW! The view was absolutely beautiful. We would go out back in the morning with our coffee and in the evening just to relax. I would highly recommend Courtyard Marriott Dayton University

Very nice.. Will stay again.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of this hotel.. the Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient to several points of interest and nightlife as well as it close proximity to the University of Dayton. I will be staying here on every visit to see my kid at UD.
