Peace and quiet
5 minutes from town but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Lots of horses and daily trail rides. The best dogs in the world.

very pleasantly surprised!
we searched expedia for last-minute deals and were surprised to find what appeared to be a VERY nice little cabin in the woods for such a reasonable rate within a week’s notice. It’s a wonderful thing to be so pleasantly surprised - so many perks here, and Gaynors Resort is run by truly professional hosts Rod and Margaret. We had internet access at the cozy Yert, went hot-tubbing under the stars, and there was every modern convenience we needed, including a washer, dryer! The beds are soooo comfortable. What a peaceful relaxing setting yet close to so many modern conveniences around Whitefish. We will certainly be back.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
if you stay here there is everything to cook your own meals. Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, etc. We had breakfast and most lunches in each day, which saved $$.
