Excellent base in Praha
Smooth check in after not so smooth limo pick up at airport.(Expedia please note) Room reasonable size in the roof with 2 windows, views of the sky ! Breakfast excellent as was service. Dinner twice, not disappointed, very well priced if you avoid wine & stick to beer, hanger steak was excellent & truly medium rare. Bar was a little small but barman made up for it. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere ! Also, dont forget to use the stairs to get a full appreciation of the decor.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
go to Wenceslas Square for lunch for 2 on sausage, mustard & bread Euro 2 & then try Praha ham cooked on the spit, Euro3 for a slab of ham, more mustard & bread. Finish off with beer or a McCafe coffee. Make up for the lack of veggies later, not such a popular food group in Czechi !Rejuvenated with carbs & protein we walked to the Fred & Ginger building on the river & back to the hotel.

Magnificent Hotel in Prague
WOW Unbelievable hotel in Prague. How lucky we were to find this one also on Expedia. Thanks Expedia and for the people with the awesome compliments. The decor and the class of the hotel is 5 stars all the way. We were lucky to get breakfast included and the restaurant on the premises blew me away. Not only was the food incredible and not expensive because we ate their for dinner one night but it felt like you were eating in the most classiest place ever. If you go inside and look at the wall and ceiling. WOW. This is the same wow everywhere in the hotel. All renovated 1st class ART DECO. The conceirge was very helpful and the hotel just made the whole trip that much better. After a beautiful day out to come back to a luxurious hotel like this is too much for words.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Everything is in walking distance and one day we jumped on a trolley and it took us over to the castle district. We were fortunate to be there in April when President Obama was speaking there. Just made the trip all that much better. The square is a great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just see the beauty of this city.
