Great Atmosphere
This hotel was just the perfect getaway. The bar/lounge was fun, yet not too noisy. Great choice of restaurants, both at the hotel and nearby. Great nightlife surrounding the hotel -- mostly everything we needed was within walking distance.

Beautiful! Love to Go Back! But .................
First Impressions Last a LIFETIME! The hotel was beautiful...and after a long drive, the last thing you want is to be treated like NOBODY. We booked (2) rooms and after a VERY long drive, we walked to the front desk...NO GREETING, NO WELCOME...., "checking in? Name...credit card and photo id...for a moment I thought it was automated. She gave us our keys told us our rooms were to the left and up the elevator. She did not ask if we had been there before, did not explain about the hotel,amenities, restaurants, loundes...etc. So...don’t know if I would go again.

Very Happy!
My wife and I choose this Hotel because it was a California landmark. It was our wedding anniversary and it was in our local area. The Hotel and Resturant Staff went above and beyond what we were expecting. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel had plenty to look at from architecture to paintings to carved furniture. It was a truly relaxing stay.
