Average Hotel
Hotel is just what I would expect of a Best Western brand. It is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I would say that it is not an ideal fit for tourists who are interested in Hangzhou for West Lake.Travel to West Lake by taxi takes about 20 minuites and costs about 15 yuan ($2) which is cheap. Problem is there nothing for tourists to do at night in the hotel area. Room was well proportioned and serviced well.Breakfast was a buffet of Asian and Western.It was not to my liking , but it was included. The hotel is located not far from Hangzhou Railway Station which is excellent for those who are travelling to or from Shanghai.
Traveler's tip on shopping
At Hangzhou Railway station Take # K7 bus (1 yuan) to tour West Lake. Bus does entire loop of lake. Also Y2 (Tourist bus 2 yuan) from Railway Statiion.

Good place at good price
The hotel was a good bargin and while not real close to West Lake, taxi fares are cheap and in a few minutes you are there. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Would stay there again.
