Customer Service, in terms of facilities and amenities--but mostly in terms of attitude is what would make us return to a hotel. EVERY person with whom we had interaction in this hotel made us feel welcome and appreciative of our business. We will return to this hotel on future visits to Boise and will also seriously using this chain for other travel.
