Orange County is actually 3 star hotel with 5 star fasade.
Attitude toward guests is terrible. First day I arrived it was night, they gave me the room which was underground, had no windaw at all and was smelling. that day they did not gave me other room -- answer I got was manager was at home(it was night) and they could make any change, next day it took lot of fighing to get new room, where there was not working Air Conditioning. Hotel is "all inclusive" but food and drink included mostly is really terrible quality. as the result I had to eat and dring outside hotel. If you got the problem there are lot of people who will tell you that they can not solve that problem, but noone who will realy help. Overal I would recomend to go in real 3 star holet and not in Orange County which have 5 star fasade and prices but nothing else. It will be cheaper and nicer I guess,..
