Nice room with a good view of New Hampshire foliage
Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The drawback that we found was the approach was from the back of the hotel and it had a very steep walkway. I experience breathing difficulties and did have some problems walking up this path. The bags needed to be lifted up a couple of small steps to enter our wing. Had we known we would have asked for a more accessable room.

Definitely not worth the money.
Would not go back for the price that I paid. Mediocore at best. Indoor waterpark expensive and crowded. North Conway is a very congested area, hard to get around with a car.

Saw a bad review...don’t know where those people stayed! Not this red jacket
Firstly staff was great. Gary L front office super has great sense of humor and is excellent with customer service. Dark haired attractive young women "The Brat" helped make the stay a joy. Cudos and raises to both. They met every desire: firt floor/closest to elevator, bed size, room cleanliness, pleasant helpful staff. As we had our 7 yr old Grandson the Water park was excellent and a good deal of fun. Almost reasonable $. Will be back for leaf peeping!!!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Strike up a rapport with staff and you generally will get anything you want. Be a Pain & you will not enjoy the service!
