Very nice
We came to see Leann Rimes and it was very nice. Rooms were very clean and with the economy the way it is, very economical!!

Not impressed and will not stay there again.
Called the office when I was lost and was not given any directions on how to get to their hotel. Light switch was defective resulting in a sleepless night under a bright light, day manager took room keys from me with such an attitude that I decided to stay someplace else and did not get reimbursed for the 2 nights remaining. Hangers were missing from the room and room was not very clean. A lot of unusal amount of coming and going from various rooms occured throughout the evening/night creating a high level of noise.

Overall a pleasant experience at the Crossland
The only drawback was the freeway access. The major highway construction did present a problem to the accessability of this facility.
