Tough neighborhood

not impressed
The room was not very clean it has had repairs done in a very shody manner which seems to be the norm in the extended stay hotels I have stayed in. I just spent four days in colorado springs at the extended stay there and found the same results there was mold on the ceiling in the shower the cove base was coming off in the bathroom and the main room the bathroom sink was hanging down pulling away from the wall due to faulty repairs. these things make people feel like you dont care. I would highly recomend a new maintenence repair manager or quality control person. I own my own buisness and apperance means alot in making an impression. I am not trying to be rude I am just telling you how this makes me feel as I do these kind of repairs on a daily bases and it is not hard to do good work you just have to take pride in your work. my customers are always happy with my work and the always call me for other jobs
