They did not give a microwave as mentioned. I had to beg for the refrigerator.

customer service
Overall the hotel, itself, was fine, good location, nice amenities. The clerks that work the front desk have much to be desired. They, both day and night shift, were unorganized, untrained and unable to dual task. The clerks would answer and hold long conversations while in the process of speaking with customers at the desk. When dealing with the computer system, they did not know how to operate it. I reserved a double and when I checked in I was given a king. The night clerk was rude to my teenagers and I seen him look my 15 year old daughter up and down when she walked throught the lobby. More training and supervision is needed by management that was not available.
