NEVER AGAIN
We have stayed at this hotel for several years and have enjoyed our stays but the last one has turned us against the hotel forever. We requested and confimed a king room-twice-but did not receive one. The person checking us in was extremely rude and uncaring. She gave us directions to park at a certain entrance which was the farthest from our room. The room had two very lumpy old double beds--not at all confortable. The bathroom was not clean and dirty glasses were left in the sink. The tub faucet dripped contantly. The hair dryer was dirty. There was no coffee provided for the coffee maker which was dirty. The balcony-of our non-smoking room-was filled with cigarette butts. The restaurant service was horrible and the food was stale, cold, not what we ordered. They were out of everything because it had gone to a conference according to the server. This hotel has gone down to the level of a 1 star motel at 3 times the price. There are much nicer places to stay-Residence Inn-in the same location.
Opry Mills Mall is a must when visiting Nashville

Well worth the price
We had trouble finding the hotel because we weren’t expecting such spacious and well-groomed grounds... we were expecting a run-of-the-mill motel and were extremely pleased, especially for the price. The front-desk staff and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful, the gym had a nice variety, and the indoor pool was clean and nice. We’ll defintely stay here again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If possible, request a room overlooking the courtyard and outdoor pool.
