Quaint, awesome location, good price
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Burbank for a night to get some sun in Newport and it was an excellent place to stay. We are both college seniors and went out to different restaurants and bars at night, the location was perfect. The guy who runs the place was really cool. Muffins etc. in the AM, free coffee all day.
