Comfortable stay
My son and I had to travel due to a funeral and the hotel was kind enough to accomodate us with an early check-in and comfortable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms had been updated since my last stay almost 13 years ago. Very please with the maintenance of the facility with the exception that our sliding glass door did not lock(a bar was provided, however, that prevented entry).

Not a bad place
The room was big & the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked. The breakfasts were good. For the most part, the front desk staff were helpful. The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it, like a soured towel. I think it was the shower curtain. There was water damage to the ceiling near the window - odd for a newly remodeled hotel. The wall outlet kept blowing a fuse (in my room & my sister’s room.) When we checked out, the front desk charged our credit cards instead of charging the Expedia account - so we were charged twice. It took a while to find someone at the hotel who could help us with that. We should receive our refunds soon.

Way better than Holiday Inn Express
I stayed at both this hotel and the Holiday Inn Express in Keene, NH, and this hotel was leaps and bounds better. Large rooms that were clean and up to date and a great pool area.
