Fits the price range
It’s an older hotel, but if you just need a decent place to sleep, shower, etc. this hotel will work. It has a kitchenett with stove/oven, freezer/refrig & ice maker.

Mixed reviews
Room was clean (except for the dusty refrigerator top) and large but shows signs of wear on low budget furnishings, especially cabinets and vanity. Dishes were missing, there was hard stuff in the garbage disposal. It seems like the cleaning staff tries to keep the place nice, but the guests don’t respect the property.

Extended stay place in Tempe
This is an extended stay place, therefore they don’t clean your room and change towels every day. The place is decent, but nothing special. No shampoo, unless you request it, no breakfast, no newspapers in the lobby. If you need a place for several nights with a full kitchen, this place is for you. If you come for 1-2 nights, you are better off staying in a hotel.
