Outstanding Service
I have traveled to many countries, but this was my first time to Phuket, Thailand. I was amazed at the quality of service we received at Ayara Hilltops. Our room was cleaned more than once a day, and the concierge and wait staff were so friendly and so helpful! Surin beach is quiet and peaceful and there were buggy rides ( 2 minute rides) from the hotel there and back at our whim. The views from the hilltops are gorgeous. I highly recommend this resort.

Beach Access
Hotel is a little far from beach. Hotel compensates by shuttling to/from whenever asked and are very prompt, but I prefer to be able to walk to/from beach and it is farther than a comfortable walk. Loved everything else and would stay again b/c all other services made up for the beach access.

Great stay at Ayara
My husband and I went to Phuket for a long Easter weekend to unwind at the beach. I honestly don’t have enough good words to say about this hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to suit any taste. The staff were gracious and attentive to our every need. There is a buggy service to take you up and down the steep hill to the beach - never did we even wait two minutes for them to arrive after we phoned. Every suite has its own jacuzzi on the balcony. Surin beach is peaceful and uncrowded with many lovely places to dine. Thumbs up all around.
