Great personnel, but bad appartments
I paid for a suite which they advertised on Expedia to have a separate living room, a separate dining room, etc’ but when I arrived they put me in a normal room (it wasn’t even a clean one) on the 9th floor. To get to the 9th floor you need to use the elevator to get to the 8th floor then you take the stairs to the 9th!!!! When I showed the receptionist the description of the suite I paid for through Expedia he upgraded me to an apartment. What the receptionist did and the location are the only reasons to give them more than 1 star. The ACs were so loud (not central air conditioning) and you hear all the noises outside the building, bad TV, very slow room service. My previous stay in Manila was in Traders’ hotel which was a 100 times better in everything except location.

Very Nice
Nice location, comfortable suites and a safe place to stay. The hotel rate is reasonably priced and the hotel staff are very helpful too! Once I go back to Manila, we will definite stay there again.
