Hotel front desk clerks were extremely friendly. We booked a king room via Expedia but got 2 doubles and couldnt get this changed because the hotel was full. Had to ask for extra towels and they were brought to the room promply. Hot water was a little on the short supply side but we attributed that to hotel being booked up. Overall, satisfied with hotel and location.

Not impressed at all.
When I arrived, they tried to put me in a different room type that I had not desired, and the person at the desk was not very friendly and acted like he just did not want to be there. The room was just okay (had issues like lack of towels, TV quality not so good, spider web in corner, mildew developing in the closet). This is the type of place that you would stay if you were short on cash and didnt have an other place to go. The only reason I stayed was because I was in between travels, only was going to sleep five hours, and did not have enough energy to drive any more. On the positive, it did have a wider range of items with the complimentary breakfast-more that was in the Hyatt Place that I stayed in the previous couple of nights-although I did not try most of it.
