It was okay
We found the condo clean and orderly. We did have to buy another fan as the weather was unbearably hot while we were there. We were given the keys with little explaination as to which one fit where. We did have a problem finding the dumpster when we need to take the garbage there. The laundry room and pool were clean and the upkeep good. It would have been nice to have had a list of close places to grab breakfast the first morning we were there. No instructions were given for the coffee maker so we had a problem the first morning I did try to make coffee.

Perfect
Teen girls were absolutely delighted with the loft beds. This place was great for an economical, comfortable getaway with most of the modern conveniences (WiFi worked great, 2 large tvs, gas stove/fireplace - nice and toasty).
A few quirks: - blow dryers blow the fuses - no fan in the bathroom, but the window opens and that helps - no dishwasher, but you get a phone message from property management telling you to run it :)
