Not impressed-will not go back.
We came in late and had to call the hotel while still on the interstate to get directions. Night staff had no idea what exit to take and had no idea how to get us to the hotel. We spent 30 minutes driving around at 1:30 am looking for it. Air conditioning not working, lumpy bed, no soap in room. Was the room even cleaned? Not sure. Too expensive for that night’s stay. Not comfortable at all.

nice people nice place
The employees were very friendly. The facilities were completely satisfactory. I thought the bedding could have been more comfy.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Lions park is beautiful in the city of Cheyenne. The locals get together on Tuesday nights to view a movie in the park on a large inflatable screen. This is truly a piece of Americana. There were lots of elk running around freely on the airforce base.

Very Friendly Staff
The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional and polite. The lady working in the breakfast room was very personable and helpful as well. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet. We were nervous because the vending machines were right ouside our door but we heard nothing. It was great! The only complaint I had was that the room was cold. The heat was turned way down when we got there and it took hours for it to warm up.
