Wouldn’t go back
Staff was pleasant. At times room was cleaned but no towels were left. Hotel has mold in a lot of places especially in the hallways at times are unbearable. Leaky sealing tiles. Overall, I would not go back to this hotel. Pictures are very deceiving

Keep driving past this one
The first thing I said when I walked into my room was "What did you expect for $(price)?" The room was, in a word, gross. The carpet felt wet and sticky. I never took my shoes off again. I put them on right out of the shower. The bathroom fixtures look like they came from a hospital and there was a huge blood stain running down the side of the box spring mattress! This hotel should be gutted and remodeled. The front desk guy was nice and they obviously were trying to provide a clean and comfortable lounge area for the continental breakfast but I am less interested in those areas and would prefer the effort be put into the place where I have to sleep and shower. If that was the only hotel along I-84 near Hartford and I needed to sleep, I would sleep in my car first.

A pleasant stay for visitors to Mystic, CT
Close to many things, pleasant staff and prompt care. Couldn’t have been better than the great price! And the bed was oh, so comfortable, too, with a big, clean and updated bath. Nice ’fridge w/freezer and microwave! Unexpected! Now, how about having Starbucks coffee in the rooms, too...
