NOT BAD
La Quinta has in the past had an extrememly distinct appearance - I missed it in this one. Just a bit more crowded.

Can’t wait to go back
What is another word for outstanding service....well I guess there is no other word to describe my trip to La Quinta Inn & Suites @ Phoenix I 10. The staff there was fantastic. They were very professional.The Hotel was very well maintained. And the weather was great. I hope to visit soon( in August some time). And I will be staying @ the La Quinta Inn & Suites Hotel. My hat goes off to all the Staff there @ La Quinta Inn & Suites for there hard work. You guys deserve a vacation yourself.

The scenery is the major attraction there in Phoenix, I hope to move there soon. Hot weather, but I like it.

needs lots of improvement to be just acceptable
check in at suite: Neither phone worked, neither tv remote worked, 1 of 2 tvs worked. Was told on call guy would be called to fix. Never happened that night. Next morning they ran out of more than several breakfast items including hard boiled eggs. Staff member found them in the kitchen though. Guy came to fix tv. Couldn’t fix it. Didn’t have tools to put in another one (could not remove from the anti-theft base). He bought tool at a store, took tv from the breakfast area and put it in our room. They also ran out of food the second morning. It was obvious they were not ready for a full house. It was the middle of baseball spring training. Also the chair in the front room was broken. Had a hard time finding replacement because they were booked full. If this wasn’t a business attempting to serve customers it would have been comical. Instead, it was sad. Friends staying in another unit did not experience these problem. Guessing that our suite was used by the staff to replace broken items in other rooms.
