It is also nearby to over 50 shops & restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge. You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
