Would go back
I have stayed twice this year and the staff are extremely nice. The motel is 1 block away from the Americana and near I-5. Don’t expect luxary but if all you want is a clean room for the night, this is it.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
American 1 block away (walking distance). Glendale Galleria 2 blocks way. Easy access to Interstate 5. Near Griffith Park Observatory and LA Zoo.

Remodeled older motel
This motel is a step back in time to the motels of the 60’s and 70’s. It has been extensively renovated, and the rooms were clean, with new showers and tubs. There is no option for non-smoking, and the room initially needed to be aired out. As is true with all hotels, if you like a soft pillow and not a chunk of foam, be sure to bring your own. The location and price were good for attending the Rose Parade. I guess it is called a suite because of a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
