Clean but Threadbare
Only spent one night, but it’s a good place to stay if you are in-transit like I was - flying out the next day. Across the street from Gare East where you catch the train to CDG airport. Room was modest, shower and bed were clean but I would not wish to put the baby down on the carpet. They have the tiny elevator - half a flight up, so if stairs are a problem for you, this may not be your place. - Hey, it’s Paris - you shouldn’t be spending much time in the room anyways. Good location if you are just looking for a room, but not honeymoon material.

Paris on a reeasonable budget
The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We were on the fifth floor, which was a bit of a trek if the (old) elevator was being utilised. I would recommend that anyone who struggles with their mobility request a lower floor room. Overall a good central easy to access hotel that

Great location, friendly, and clean
Right across the street from the Gare du Nord (and with Metro access even closer), this is a nice, clean hotel with a friendly reception staff. Neither I nor the front desk had correct change for the breakfast, so it was on the house. Would stay here again.
