Too expensive for what you get
Service is poor and cleanness not as good as it should be considering the hotel rate. I really suggest to study others alternatives before to make de decision to stay here. There are a lot of very good hotels in Granada and with much better location.

Would not go back
The staff in this hotel were very indifferent and not at all friendly. Customer service was terrible, check in and check out was extremely slow, they had 1 person in reception throughout our stay.

Excellent Hotel for the Money
We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is a bit removed from old town Granada, but it is less than a five minute walk from a bus stop.
