Would never Recommend

This was the worst place I ever stayed. The entrance was very un-impressive. No elevator so carry your own luggage.The room was dirty and smelly. The sheets were stained. The fridge was not working, no iron in the room. The continental breakfast was not in a dining area and four chairs in a lobby. Some bread, butter, jam and cereals, very un-impressive. No place to sit or eat and nothing was replenished if finish. Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, no shops or PATH nearby. Thankfully, I only stayed one night with my family and would never go back again or recommend.

Choose a hotel near attractions or atleast near some shops or walking distance to public transport if you rae not driving.

good place to stay

Hotel is much cheaper than on Manhattan and also very good place to stay.Everything in the room is not new but clean.Very good coffee on breakfast.The Hotel is located very close to Manhattan.

You need to be more kind

I know there are rules but you should’ve been more flexible, your check in is 3 pm I arrived 2:35 pm really tired. I had to wait 10 minutes at the "frontdesk" because nobody was there. at 2:45 somebody asked me if I am checking in. if so I must wait 15 minutes because the check in is at 3 pm. Is it fair?

its ok cheap hotel but dont expect exellence, if you want to visit NY city and save money like 100 dllrs pernight is ok to stay in this hotel in NJ, also is close to the bus that can save you a lot of dollars instead of using the taxi that is expensive..

Not as bad as others say

I read horrible reviews about this hotel- after I had booked it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the place was just fine. The neighborhood wasn’t great, though.

Nice amenties for the price

We were shocked at how clean and comfortable the room and bathroom were. In the morning, the front desk volunteered to call a cab for us even though I had only asked them for the number to one. We were also pleasantly surprised at the continental breakfast each morning.

Disappointed and Can’t wait to leave

Remote and desolete neighborhood, indifferent receptionist, smelly room, noisy street, all these made my stay there very unpleasant.

Do consider customers’ experience, which may help prevent a trip from being spoiled.

Not impressed

While the room was clean, it looked a bit rundown. Some renovations are in order, probably for all of the hotel. The room temperature could be a problem in the hotter months; it was not very comfortable on this particular night, and the heating/cooling unit was not working properly. We had to open a window and turn on the fan to get a good temp in the room. The drawback to this was the fact that the room faced a very busy highway. If this continues to be an issue, the hotel should provide earplugs for its guests. The hotel was convenient, but I would be inclined to look elsewhere when I need a room in the area.

Better spend a little more...

Public transport (bus) is about a five minute walk away which is about the only positive thing I can say about this place.

Traveler's tip

Walk uphill and catch the bus to Midtown Manhattan for $2. Goes about every 15-20 minutes or so.

Ok hotel considering the price. Close to Manhattan and transportation accessible. The only concern was that we had a smoking room and that the continental breakfest ends at 9am (too early).

I could not anything good to remember about this place.

I was turned off the minute, my family and I walked in and faced with unprofessional clerk beyond the glass window.

Discusting

The room was gross, one of my employee’s asked about new sheets as there were visable stains, and hairs on the ones in the room. And was told it had been cleaned. Also the rug was visably dirty/trash bits on it. With the attitude of the management, i would recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
