a real dump
’The Sugar Bowl Suite’? Ha! With ants in it, maybe. The room was large, but it wasn’t a suite. The place is falling apart at the edges. A room that is supposed to sleep 5-6 only had two pillows, which wouldn’t bother me except it was late and we had to ask twice for more pillows. And in the morning when we could see we found that the sofabed sheets weren’t clean. Yuck!
Traveler's tip on dining
Eat breakfast or lunch at Brandy’s 1500 E. Cedar. Not the easiest to find but well worth the effort.

Inexpensive One Nighter
It met our needs as we were traveling early by train. Fine for a short visit.
