The Lakmar Motel, a Magnuson Hotels affiliate, is located in Winter Haven, FL on Hwy 92 W across from the Winter Haven Airport and Sea Plane Base. Located on the lake we are only minutes from Cypress Gardens Adventure Park, Fantasy of Flight Museum, Florida Technical College, Joboham College, Polk Community College, University of South Florida, Regency Medical Center, Heart of Florida Hospital, and St. Joseph Childrens Hospital. Just a short drive will take you to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

Not impressed
When we got out of our car the place smelled like toilet. Did not have our names as reservations. The clerk used a copy machine to copy my credit card ?? ( which I had to ask for back). The rooms they showed were dirty, mold in toilets and in shower. Rooms were not as good as posted on the internet. Needless to say we did not stay there!
