I would stay here again, great location
I’m not sure you can get a better location. Just a few hundred yards from where the ferry disembarks. Rooms are clean, although a bit dated, but you don’t go to Hvar to hang out in the hotel. Waitstaff was friendly and helpful.

Hvar Palace Before Renovation
Hotel Palace is in an ideal location in Hvar town. The staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel itself is older and due to be closed this fall for renovation. We were there during a heat wave, the room did not have good circulation and only one fan. We were unable to sleep one night because of the heat. Because the hotel was full, the staff said there were no additional fans. Miserable night in an otherwise terrific place!
