Very impressive

Can’t say enough about the way my stay was handled. Personnel were very cooperative, helpful and friendly offering to carry my bags to the room.

Not impressed

Sleep number was broken and could not get it set. Had ordor in bathroom.

Best stay by airport

I have stayed here many times. Price is good for 3 star by airport. Has on site restaurant/bar with good food, but pricey. Prompt airport shuttle, but close enough to walk. Always friendly and clean. Not fancy, but good deal.

Tulsa Ok International airport Raddision

the frirst room they put us in the air conditioner was broken. All equipment in the fitness room was broken. When we returned they had charged me $400 saying i sold 2 blankets. now the manager Robert will not talk to me or return my calls. By the way i did not take 2 blankets. i will not return to this motel and will tell everyone i know how they have treated us

Many things missing

When I arrived at the hotel, 10 pm , and when I was leaving to catch my plane,2 pm, there was no available food service. The restaurant was closed both of these times. There was no bell hop available to help me with bags to my car. It was 107 degrees out and I had to haul three bags to my rental car. I expect bell hop service at any hotel and I had made my reservations at this location because it said there was a restaurant at the facility

Do Not Stay Here

I stayed here for business and was not impressed. I was insulted by the hotel staff when I arrived. I paid extra for my room, which was to be a non-smoking room with a sleep number bed. The bed was uncomfortable and non-operational. The room and hallway smelled horribly of smoke. The TV was broken and apparently my neighbor had the same issue with his TV volume, as it was cranked up loud all night - I could hear it clearly through the paper thin walls. I would NOT stay at this hotel again and I would NOT recommend it to others.

Loved the number beds!

Very nice hotel, clean, super comfortable beds and great location right off the airport. Nice restaurant/bar on-site.

Great midwest hospitality

The staff makes this hotel great! From the shuttle driver who quickly picked me up at the airport to the waitress in the onsite restaurant who never let my coffee cup go empty, these folks restored my faith in ’customer service’.

Fine for airport hotel

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay near the airport. The heater was a little noisy. The bathroom was smaller than most hotels.

Horrible Hotel - Radisson Tulsa Airport

When I first checked in, they gave me a room that had never been made up. Bed trashed, room trashed, bathroom trashed. The next room they gave me had been made up: but with used sheets & towels. The night staff was apologetic and worked their butts off to make it good: but that didn’t make up for the fact that I had to wait for over an hour to finally get into a room with clean sheets. I’ll NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL again. I suggest you flag Radisson to this site.

Terrible Maintenance

Select Comfort bed wouldn’t hold air. Lamp on desk had to be shaken to stay on. Phone on bedstand had loose cord and disconnected calls. No stopper in bathroom sink...just open hole. A very noisy hotel..not from the airport. You can hear sneezes, voices and bathroom water tinkling from nearby rooms.

Good Hotel

Nice Hotel and very easy access into the Tulsa airport. I actually walked to the airport but they offer a 1 minute shuttle ride whenever you need to leave.

Nice lobby, mediocre rooms and underwhelming fitness center

As I walked in to the lobby I thought, "This looks very nice". The front desk clerks were very nice and accommodating and the check in was quick and easy. The room needed updating. Maybe they are working on that, but it was obviously a 3 star or less room with visible repairs done all over the place. It was "fine", but certainly not "nice". The fitness center was very dissappointing. It had a stair climber that sort of worked, a treadmill that was out of order, and a stationary bike that you could not increase intensity on, so it was worthless. The only other item was a multi-excercise weight station that must have been made in the 70s. I did push-ups, sit-ups then headed back to the room. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it was convenient in access from the airport. For these reasons I am recommending it. But improvements are needed.

Great for a short stay...

The hotel is a little rundown, but the room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable.The fitness room was small and equipment didn’t work, and the tv remote didn’t work very well either. But I was really just looking for a comfortable place to crash, and I got that, so I was happy with my experience.

Not impressed

Room condition not up to standard. Wall painting had falling on to bed. Bath room clean up left something to be desired.

The Radisson We All Know and Love

For the most part, it seems typical of the Radisson that we know.. No elevators, lots of stairs, and inattention to details. I had originally booked the room well in advance, with comments requesting as close to the lobby as possible. When I got there, they first tried to put me way on the other side of the hotel on the second floor (although they had plenty of rooms). I then tried to get my preferred accommodation, only to find myself on on the first floor, but still near the opposite end of the hotel. It almost appears as if they tried to perform the opposite of my request. Since the pool is an outdoor pool, not much can be done to relax during the winter. Also, forget about requests for late checkout (I was pushing it leaving at noon). On the other hand, the banquet manager was a real help when I needed him.

Don’t ever use this hotel

The rooms were dirty, no alarm clock was in the room and their was no hot water. The water faucets were broked and sprayed water all over the place when turned on. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Radisson dump

What a disappointment. Bad food, beat up, internet not working, dirty rest rooms, etc, etc. Stay somewhere else.

Under renovation now

It is under renovation now as many before said it should be. So not including the appearance, you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and rooms near yours. The walls appear to be completely hollow.
