Comfort in the city center
The hotel location is ideal for seeing the sites and the staff were very helpful. It is small enough that not all taxi drivers know it, so it is good to bring the address along.

Excellent location in the middle of Sofia, very modern and clean, excellent service, but poor beds
It was ultra clean/modern and within a walking distance of everything to visit, and with very courteous people. However, the bed that are supposed to be for 2 persons (we booked a 2 person bedroom) was extremely uncomfortable: too small and very soft/non supportive mattress. I strongly advice a couple to rent a 2 person bedroom with 2 separate single beds, not a room with a "two" person bed.

My Favorite Hotel in Bulgaria
Very comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. Great location in Central Sofia. Large, nice rooms. Free Internet access (unlike so many European hotels).
Traveler's tip
If you stay here, be sure to tell your taxi driver that you are are staying at the Arte Hotel (ar’tay) not the similarly named Art Hotel.
