Average Hotel
Hotel common areas were very good and clean. Room was clean with good furniture and beddings. Only problem which is really serious is the bathtub and sink in the room. Water needed one hour to drain after a short shower. The sink had the same problem as well.

We are now so comfortable with Hilton/Doubletree Hotels. Very clean. Amenities well done. Room service wonderful. Attention to detail very good!

It was beyond our expectations. Very clean and well taken care of. We will stay again when back in Springfield.
