Will not stay anywhere else in Monterrey...
This is a top-of-the-line hotel. The accomodations are excellent and the service provided by the staff can’t be toped. During my visit I just experienced 2 small problems, one was that the security box in the room was not working; and the second was that on the second night there was an uncomfortable smell coming from the bathroom. These things happen, specially when you travel a lot.

Beautiful Hotel with uncomforatable beds
The appearance of the hotel is lovely and the service can’t be beat. The only complaint we had with our stay was that the beds were very hard. With many of today’s upscale hotels providing very soft and plush bedding, it was a bit suprising that a 5 star hotel like the Quinta Real has not made that a priority. We would love to stay again in the future, but the beds will have to be changed first.

Very nice upscale shopping mall across the street with movie theater and Starbucks.

Great Hotel
Bed very comfortable, service was great. Would like TV viewing from living area instead of just the bed room. Desk was comfortable, internet usage was good. Enjoyed my stay, good restaurant and hotel staff made stay very pleasant.
Traveler's tip on dining
Hotel restaurant very nice and 40 West Steak House just around the corner within walking distance was well worth the walk.
